I decided to start this blog because of my recent transition to veganism, as well as my love for healthy eating. I feel that God has created the world to have so much wonderful, pure, wholesome food to offer us, and I believe that if we can just set aside a a few minutes each day to make healthy dishes to nourish ourselves, our bodies will give that time – and much more – back to us.
